for mac:
Click on the image to open another window. Click and hold on the image. Select the download image to disk option from the pull-down menu that appears. Choose the destination file where you want to save the image. Click save and the image will begin to download to the chosen location.
note: If prompted to save as format source or text, select source. Go to system folder. Open appearance folder. Place image into appearance folder.
Go to control panel/appearance and set desktop.
